February's Subscriber-Only playlist features 11 a cappella songs that were recorded and mixed down on February 27th, 2021, using lyric sheets that date to the mid aughts. I used the Radial Engineering "Voco Loco" box to run them through my pedal board, but no synthesizers or multi tracking were used. Some are wet, some are dry, some hark back to my first tapes, some use tricks you'll hear more of on the next record by John Davis & The Cicadas, or slightly back to tricks used on Arches & Pathways, my 2020 LP with Dennis Callaci.
